Carol joined the Operations Team, November 2022. Carol lives in a coastal town in Devon and initially trained as a nurse, before moving her career into social care settings. She has experience in inspection, worked for Devon County Council for 23 years in various roles managing services for adults and was the Registered Manager of an ‘Outstanding’ home.
She enjoys travel, going to live theatre and music and worships at St. James’ Church very close to where she lives in Teignmouth.
Carol married her husband Paul five years ago in Reykjavik Iceland, shortly followed by a church blessing at her home church.
